How do I know this isn't a scam?

We may be the new kid on the block, but Nostalgia Threads is a legit Australian-owned and operated business (ABN 58 688 629 713). We have a registered trademark, we pay our taxes and we are 100% not robots.

 

What are your sizes like?

We have a comprehensive sizing guide on each of our product pages. There you will find instructions on how to compare our sizing chart to an existing item of clothing. That said, our sizes do tend to be slightly on the roomy side rather than the snug side. We also have kids sizes, but only even numbers! i.e. 2, 4, 6, 8 etc.

 

Something went wrong during my order. What should I do?

We care greatly about your shopping experience with us. A lot of our shop is automated but you can always get in touch with a real human being via email (hello@nostalgiathreads.com.au) and we'll get right to the bottom of it!

 

Do you have a phone number / physical shop?

No, we’re a very small scale operation working out of the proverbial garage so we don’t have that capability at the moment. If this ever changes, you’ll be the first to know!

 

What is OGO?

OGO is a Melbourne-based dropshipping service we use to produce our products and ship directly to you. Your package will have OGO’s PO Box details on the label.

 

Do you ship to Australia?

We’re proudly Australian and therefore ship Australia-wide! We also provide international shipping for our overseas friends.

 

How long will my order take?

For most metro areas in Australia, 8-15 business days is a fairly safe estimate. For non-metro areas in Australia, you're looking at around 8-20 business days. Keep in mind that Hoodies may add a further 2-5 business days to the production time.

 

What should I do if my order arrives defective?

Nobody likes receiving dodgy goods. While over 99% of our orders are fulfilled accurately, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt. If something like this happens to you, get in touch asap and send us a picture of the item received. We'll organise for a replacement to be sent out to you at no charge.

  

What about exchanges or refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size/colour.
